I cannot recommend this game enough! It's not just a game; it's a challenge that captures your attention and refuses to let go. I really enjoy playing this unique game. It challenges your power of perception the way a word search does except you aren't given any of the words for which to look and your opponent is finding words from the other side of the board in an effort to cut you off, plow through your territory and reach your base. If you played Wordbase back in the day, this is as close as it gets to that but uses a standard lexicon. I would encourage any lover of strategic word games to give LetterGrid a whirl. There are two modes of play as well as a timed option for both. You can compete against fellow humans from around the world or practice with a bot. There are side puzzles and a chat feature (which you can disable for individual opponents). The customer service is reliable, genial and receptive to feedback. I do wish games didn't time out after four days if you don't make a move, but I understand that it's poor player etiquette and taxes the server. I hope tournament play will eventually be added. I'm leaving out a lot of details pertaining to this exciting and innovative game but hopefully people will join the ranks of LetterGridders to see it for themselves.

This is a must-have word game for all wordsmiths out there!. The interface is user-friendly and the wide range of difficulty levels makes it suitable for players of all ages. I love the challenge of forming words from a set of letters and the fact that I can play solo or against friends. Also there are two different game types available each with its own strategy. I like the educational aspect of the game where I can discover new words that are played by my opponents and quickly find their meaning using the game’s built-in dictionary. Overall, I highly recommend this word game to anyone looking for a fun and educational experience!
