The store owners sometimes dont update their product catalog only for you to learn about it once your order is delivered. Then there is no option but to have a refund. But lovelocal needs to understand that providing is not the solution here. If we wanted our money with us we would not have ordered from your app. Its your responsibility to deliver the items not give us our money back every time thinking it is a very noble deed done by you. Besides the complaint a quick suggestion: you guys should add pluxee card support for payment. The government has raised the tac exempt limit for meal cards. This could increase the takers for your app and can attract much bigger spending.
They have a very bad marketing strategy they come to your doorstep and give some complementary goodies like they gave us a packet of green peas and told me to install the app by scanning. I said ill do it later and they were adamant that install it in front of us and you will get 75 voucher and all i said okay and installed then they were just forcing me to place an order of 200rs then only ill get 75 rs off i said but i dont want yo buy anything just because i am getting 75rs discount you cannot ask anyone to purchase anything for 200rs. And he is adding on his own some other products into the cart when i asked him he said that it will get free when 75 discount will come. Forcefully i had to spend 200rs ended up buying things which i dont need. If you are giving the free vouchers or coupons atleast give the consumer the freedom to choose or order on their own whenever they need you cannot sit on their head to place the order. Didnt at all like the behaviour very bad marketing strategy. In the world of scams who will believe uf they are genuinely good what if they are asking us to install the app and what is the surety that our data is secure and if its secure also like the way people came today i cannot trust anyone when such scams are happening everywhere. Use some good marketing strategy this wont work.
I’ve been using this grocery app for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed! The user interface is sleek and easy to navigate, making shopping a breeze. The product selection is extensive, and I love that I can filter by brand, price, or dietary preference. Delivery is always on time, and the items arrive well-packaged. Plus, the app often offers great discounts and promotions, which is a nice bonus. Overall, it’s made my grocery shopping much more convenient, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to save time while getting quality groceries.
