I had no problem getting this plug to connect to my WiFi. I also can click the on/off toggle to control the plug manually. But I am unable to use any of the features such as scheduling, countdown, etc. if I go to the settings I just get a loading screen and then after awhile I get a message saying there's an issue with the product. I've tried restarting the plug and reconnecting but this did not help. I can't even use my smart plugs for what I bought them for thanks to the faulty app.

I had no issues connecting the smart plugs to my WiFi. However, the app is next to useless. Any time I click to a new page, the app loads until it times out. I can’t set a schedule or anything. The only thing I’ve been able to do is add the devices, but what good is that if the app is too buggy to even be able to access any controls?

Bought these smart plugs and had to download the app to control them via my phone. The connection process was pretty simple following the instructions. Pretty cool features within the app like setting scheduled ON/OFF times and remote ON/OFF controls from virtually anywhere via your phone, which is perfect for lazy/forgetful people like myself lol.
