What a joke. If you need warranty support the web site forces you to the App which is broken. Tell me why I need an app to file a warrant claim for a defective valve. On top of the fact every one of these valves has failed in less than 2 years. Atrocious customer service and the naked attempts to collect data are insulting. Companies like this need to fail.
Scans your local network and sends a list of devices back to Orbit. Moreover, the app isn’t smart enough to diagnose the actual network problem. (My phone connects to the 5GHz network in my house and tech support used the spyware report sent back to them to tell me that the problem was that there wasn’t a 2.4GHz network in my house when there is.)
The app tests the upload/download and then it rates the system. My system got rated poor showing a 165mbps down and 8mbps up. I pay for 150down/10up connection. No additional explanation to why the network was rated poor. All my devices work perfectly for the past year… including the be-hyve sprinklers:)
