I bought a TOPGREENER power switch because I was curious as to how much power each device uses. When I installed the TOPGREENER app, after resetting the device until it blinks, I can either select the device from the manual add list, or I can use the auto scan option, which takes a little longer. What I also found was i could reset my non- TOPGREENER devices such as power switches or light bulbs, and the auto scan was able to find and add the device. Now I can get rid of the other 5 apps I had added for each device, and can just use the TOPGREENER app. I also like how you can set each device to turn on or off at certain times. So far the app has worked great. I did need to go into Alexa to turn on the Skill for TOPGREENER, but once I did that, all devices were added to Alexa. I’m very satisfied with this app.

First.. Top quality device(s) and app... Love the ability to monitor current, voltage and KwH used... Three things to consider with next software update.. 1) Definatly need a “Confirm/Cancel Step” when changing on/off status... It’s presently too easy to accidently change status of switch. 2) Option for device to default to the “On or Off Status” after a power outage.. 3) Ability to enter the local cost of power.. $0.00 per KwH... So less technical savvy individuals can easily understand the cost of devices being controlled... Hopefully the above is something your development team will consider .. Again.. Great product / app.. This device has so far been excellent in terms of functionality and helps me keep track of my Tesla’s power draw at night. With the automated timer I can set the car to only charge during super off-peak hours, which saves me from high electric bills. The ONLY thing that this app is currently missing is a way to export all of my energy usage data to a .csv or other data format so I can slap it into a google sheets or Excel for expense tracking. This is critical for me since I split the bill with roommates and need to subtract off how much energy my car has used from the overall bill. Currently I have to add up all of the KWh for the billing month by HAND and this is more than annoying to have to do on a regular basis. If this feature could be implemented it would help take this app to the NEXT LEVEL in terms of usefulness. Thanks!
