Kospet watches are very good for the price and Kospet Fit works fine with them. Kospet Fit configures, reads, sends and reports all features from the watch/iPhone, sends apps and system messages to the watch and works well, including sending data to Apple Health. But, it could be more precise and consistent. Most of the time it fails to send heart rate to Apple Health, also if you don't sync before midnight your health data is lost. For example, if you go to sleep at 10pm, the data between 10pm and 11:59 pm is lost, or all health data between the last sync and 11:59 pm is lost forever. Keeping the app running in background is not enough to sync the watch with the app, you have to force it. Once the interaction with iPhone is good they should invest more in consistency and also advertise more about the compatibility with iPhone. I have the feeling that the app is only updated when bugs are reported and never to make Kospet Fit better.

I’m not normally sometime who sends reviews…It’s either a pass/fail. I like the watch and app overall however it has functions that do not work properly. You can flip the switch off so it doesn’t send notifications to watch, you can turn off the Bluetooth to the watch through the setting for the app on the phone but the the “switches do nothing”. I have to totally shut down all Bluetooth on my phone before it stops bypassing. When I turn off phone notifications in the app it sends me to “settings” but will not actually turn it off. It can be very disruptive when I am in a meeting and my watch goes off even though I’ve turned it off in the app. The point is the settings are there in the app to shut them off so the software developers have understood the need for this function. The settings just aren’t stopping them. And yes both the app and watch have are fully updated.

It’s a great watch and does everything it promised after Customer Service deemed my first watch was not working properly. The second watch finally works! However, I also am hard of hearing and introducing the Tank 3 to Bluetooth my phone has caused it to override the Bluetooth capabilities of my hearing aids. It’s now come down to making a decision on which Bluetooth connection is more important. Even if I shut off the connection between the Tank 3 and my phone, it somehow reconnects on its own making any Bluetooth capabilities for my hearing aids worthless.
