In a time of Covid no one had been out and about much which means we are hardly using our plan. I’ve used less than 10% of my data allowance, 11% of my minutes and less than 1% of my texts allowance. So clearly I am using a lot less than I pay for. Yet, there’s no way to save money and downgrade. I am only presented with ways to upgrade to more data, calls and texts.
