Columbia Bank Mobile Banking

We have banked with Columbia Bank for a few years now. Their app and online systems usually reject our mobile deposits the 1st time we submit them, we don’t change a thing on the deposits, do it again the same exact way, then it accepts it. When we try to transfer money out to our other accounts (already approved by Columbia and in the system) 50/50 chance it allows us. If it rejects, we try again and same process, again 50/50 chance for approval. So according to Columbia, they don’t want money going in or coming out of their bank. Luckily for us, we bank elsewhere and take the majority of our money out of Columbia these days.

They do not inform you when you were down very low on your account and they keep charging you $35 and you can’t keep making up that $35 because they keep charging you $35 and that runs your credit also I am so against this banking industry is ridiculous savings is there just take it out of the savings

I have to say that when they upgraded the system a few years back, I was a little worried. I don’t do well with change. But this was the best step they have ever made. I’m able to transfer money to my son in seconds, I’m able to see my account at all times. I love Columbia bank and will never change. I walk in to my branch in Old Bridge and everyone knows me.
