Waukesha State Bank Mobile

I have been with Waukesha State for a long long time. I thought it was awesome when I was able to download the app so I could check my accounts anywhere. However I have had multiple problems with this app. I have the fingerprint pass lock for convenience and it really hesitates opening sometimes. I have also had to change my password due to the app saying I didn’t have the correct password. Sometimes it shuts down for no reason. The app also doesn’t warn you about the amount of times you are allowed to transfer funds. Most recently when I go to log on it flashes a few times and then closes the app. This is frustrating because every other app works fine and the whole point of this app is to be able to check your accounts....

Most of the time I try to use this app I can’t even log in because the login screen is junk. The only way I can fix this is to change my password and restart the app. I’ve done this multiple times now and even with enabling touch Id it sometimes doesn’t work.

This app makes it so much easier to check your balance and transfer money between accounts. I love being able to just pull up my transactions on my phone rather than going online or waiting for my statement to come - since I never keep track of my receipts or write anything in my checkbook (oops). Great app!
