When I log in it sends me to a blank screen.

This app is as helpful as the company overall. I paid my premium. Then got a second email reminding me to either pay my premium “If you have already made a payment, please disregard this email.” Then nothing. I am a type-1 Diabetic with neurological issues, and I could not get treatment without updated insurance. I called today, and was informed because there were TWO different premiums (one for Health insurance, one for dental) that my policy was terminated the day after I paid the premium. Had I known I had to pay $18 more dollars, then I would have done so. Don’t waste your time. Health Insurance is a scam.

When using IOS password autofill, the app adds spaces after the password which causes the login to fail. Even when manually entering a password the login fails and the only way to fix the issue is delete the app and reinstall. Can’t use Face ID because attempting to add a passkey throws an error. Adding a trusted device throws an error. It is not intuitive and feels thrown together. When attempting to look up coverage it tells me to look at my plan benefit materials. How does a multi billion dollar company create an app so terrible? My previous insurance was AETNA and their app was light years ahead of this travesty.
