Medefy Benefits App

Our company has provided Medefy for our employees to better understand a navigate their health care options - especially providers and referrals. I’ve used it several times. Importantly, the chat system has REAL PEOPLE behind the app who communicate really well, and besides that they are super friendly and polite. Recently Medefy helped me find a good place for a test my primary care physician wanted me to have. Terri was super helpful and stayed “on the case” until the test had been completed. I would recommend Medefy; it’s an easy to use app with real people helping user navigate their health care options. A+++ from me.

The team at Medefy is wonderful. My husband recently suffered a stroke, and navigating the situation has been really difficult. The Medefy team is a bright shining North Star in ensuring my husband gets the in-network, best care that he needs. Terri and Janessa were immediately responsive and available at all hours to research clinics and physicians, schedule appointments and answer my insurance and medical plan questions. I’m so grateful for this app and team - the relief that my hubby has the best care and I won’t be getting billed thousands upon thousands of dollars is indescribable. Thank you!

Saved so much time using this app! Care Guides Janessa and Ria answered my questions regarding medical service coverage and finding an in-network physician thru the chat very quickly. I also had an technical issue with the chat function, I was able to contact Customer Support thru the app and received an email same day from Josh B. who took care of the issue by the next day.
