This was working except a) we couldn’t use the same login for multiple users so my son, husband, and I all needed to create our own accounts to monitor the same pet and b) for that I have a cat not a dog so the “warnings” weren’t quite right. Then the app got updated and now 1) all ALL **ALL** my data are gone plus 2) it doesn’t even remember the email I signed up with so 3) I had to re-register but the fields are different and 4) now I have to select a “breed” so of course doesn’t work for a cat but also is missing a lot of breeds that I did try like chinook or Canaan dog so I tried labeling him a border terrier (don’t tell him) and then 5) as others noted if I try to set an alarm it throws a server error and will not let me complete the registration. Off to find a new resp monitor for my cat because this one is so broken after its upgrade I’m like literally about to cry in frustration it’s hard enough having a pet with HCM and then when I try to help him the tool that is available decides to flush a years worth of data down the toilet

was a great app to use that was recommended by my vet when my dog first got diagnosed with CHF. he recently passed away and i didn’t have the courage to open up the app until now. i didn’t expect that i’d never be able to see the last heart rates of his that i tracked. The lack of care and responsibility regarding user data management and accessibility is beyond disgusting and the company as a whole should be ashamed for not even giving users a chance to save the data before the app was revamped.

Good measuring breathing rate, but not to track it. It keeps all the measurements jammed into one big line graph. So if you take it daily for months, it becomes impossible to see the actual numbers or even trends over the past week or month- which would be the most useful to see if there's an issue or for upcoming Vet appointments. You can't change the date range for the graph either. I tried emailing myself the results but it just sent a picture of the same graph. So you would need to clear it out every month to see anything decently. Wish the app would have a date range function or even an additional page where it lists the actual numbers. You can't change the breathing rate limit. You have the option to, but there's no way to get the keyboard part of the screen to retract to press "done" and save it. If you quit the app it does not save it.
