Always updating the app but it never gets better. Worst banking app ever. Can’t even mobile deposit a check. Don’t waste ur time

This app does not recognize my pin # it lock me out of my account, I had to use google and google their website to log in. I have no idea how to fix this because they don’t give you much options to change your pin on their website. They need to work on this improvement, changing a pin should be easily accessible.

State bank of Waterloo has been my bank since I was a freshman in high school almost 10 years ago. I assumed when I left Waterloo to go to college in Springfield Missouri I would have to transfer all of my business to a bank near Springfield. However, through talking with a customer service representative I was informed about their mobile banking. This app literally makes me feel like my bank is at my finger tips. Coming from a millennial who is always on his phone this is very important to me. I can deposit checks through my phone, transfer money, and check all of my account balances. I couldn’t imagine banking anywhere else State Bank of Waterloo’s slogan may be “Community banking at its best since 1894” but I honestly believe it is now simply Banking at its best!
