Looks is fine. Security update is good. But one has to add external accounts twice in different places which seems weird and misleading. Adding it to dashboard and connecting account will not have them display in the list of available accounts for transfer. One has to add the accounts again from the drop down list to save it for future transfers. Weird and seems like an unnecessary step. Makes it seem like a big bug.

Great improvement to the banking app. It does take some getting used to, but that’s obvious with any app that has updates. The employees at the credit union were more than happy to assist with getting logged in and answering any questions I had. The security updates are also a plus.

I had this bank ever since I was a child and it keeps getting worse. The update does look sleek, however there was no need to change the whole look and layout of the older version. I hate that my balances aren’t color coded when money is being moved, taken out, or added. What’s worse is that we cannot change it in the settings (to my knowledge). They could have just added more features to the older one instead of reworking the whole app. Needs to be better, but I doubt they will change it anytime soon. It’ll be another decade or so until we get another bad update.
