This app is greatly improved from when I first downloaded it years ago! It’s super easy to manage your accounts, transfer money, pay things, etc!

The SelfReliance app is extremely frustrating to use. Basic features like messaging, making loan payments, and setting up ACH transfers constantly glitch or fail altogether. You would expect a financial app to be reliable, but instead, it’s a source of constant stress. Every time you try to do something simple, the app either crashes, freezes, or gives an error. If you’re thinking about using this app to manage your loan or accounts, be prepared to waste a lot of time and get very frustrated. They seriously need to fix the app before offering it as a service.
