I just downloaded this application today as my local utility company just switched to using it and for whatever reason when I select my utility in the app, which is Des Moines Water Works I am greeted with a message that says “App Store App Available A dedicated app for this utility exists in the App Store. Would you like to be sent there now?” When I click, yes, though I’m redirected to the App Store with an error saying that the app is not available in my region. Obviously that shouldn’t be the case because I live in Des Moines. My phone settings are all set to Des Moines but yet like I said, I’m getting this error and so I don’t know if maybe perhaps the app got revoked or what happened but again it’s just simply not available for whatever reason.

As someone who works on apps, the amount of bugs is awful. Borderline unusable Literally can never pay, met with “Problem: Parameter name uriString”. Pops up for all events; trying to pay through any entrypoint, trying to set up auto pay, trying to access Wallet… Can’t even pay. It also makes no sense that they say you can have auto pay on the app but you can’t do that online where it’s the only place I can pay.
