Every time I open the app, a pop-up shows on the screen telling me to enable notifications. I don’t want to enable notifications. I’m perfectly capable of determining what I want and do not want on my phone. I should be able to log into an app to pay my bill or to check my usage without having to be harassed to enable push notifications on my phone. I am a lifelong PUD customer, but this app is awful. Respect the privacy and wishes of your customers and just allow them to do basic functions on the app instead of a bunch of other notification nonsense.

Their app does not allow for plus aliased email addresses which are valid and accepted on their website. So the app does not work at all for me. There is also a loading indicator overlay that never disappears. Overall, pretty bad impression and does not inspire confidence their technology practices. I do hope they they at least keep data secure.

Trying to swipe up the menu bounces back down a lot. It’s not “sticky” and seems confused that it’s being summoned.
