Ease of use of this once great app is now gone. The login either slides off the page when trying to normally login or do a transfer. Lovely. What are you adapting to horrible iOS 26? Lord help us. In addition, the UI has tiny font so if you’re able to login to the half sized small design or your login button disappears when trying to transfer, it’s a chore to do with the font being microscopic. For once it’s not iOS, it’s whomever made this poorly chosen design. Please go back to what worked: simplicity.

Every time I try to take a photo of a check for remote deposit, I get a black screen that says I need to rotate my phone to take the photo. The only way to get past that is to select another app, then go back in and take the photo. I need to do that with EVERY check I deposit. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, still the same. Also, many times when I take a photo, it is a PERFECTLY clear photo, but it says it is unreadable. As the check needs to be verified by a live person at the bank, I don’t see why I cannot make the determination as to readability.

Honestly, I loved this before the outbreak. Being able to look at savings and check balances, transferring money, viewing checks etc without having to go to a branch or atm is extremely convenient.
