The app is more cumbersome and time consuming
The app is simple and well designed, but at least 50% of the time it tells me it can’t access my info. No reason, no explicit downtime, just can’t access my info. This happens on WiFi, off WiFi, there doesn’t appear to be any reason for it. Would love to have this information more readily available and this is my only banking app which has this issue.
When there is a bill pay in process, there should be a way to see it. Today my balance does not reflect the payment to AMEX. But neither does it show in SCHEDULED bills to be paid. This $4000+ amount is in never-never land. It’s neither showing as scheduled or paid. So when I look at my account, I think I may have forgotten to schedule this payment. There should be a window to show something like PAYMENT IN PROCESS.
