App is okay but for some reason it’s always down an it happens at the most convenient times . I can understand if it’s down once a month but it’s down multiple times a week.

My app icon always has a red dot showing 2 notifications. When I go into the app there is a section called interact with a 2 on it. When I open that it takes me to a blank page that says feed at the top. This page has the spinning circle like it’s loading but it spins for several seconds and then the app just closes every single time. I’ve had the annoying notification red dot on my app for months. It never goes away even through multiple updates.
Update: It’s been over 7 months since my last review and I STILL have the red notification on my app icon that never goes away.

This app used to work perfectly. Something changed around December 2022 or January 2023. Now the app hangs up when it is first opened and only displays a red screen or it appears to be loading with a continual “Please Wait” message until it produces an error message. This is inconvenient when you need to check a balance or transfer money. It has me thinking I need to look at another bank.
