I’m not technology savvy and I’m able to check my balance immediately and know if its correct or not. If I need help my daughter gets me back on track so I can navigate through the process. “She goes mom you have to learn this “. I am not only able to check balances, I also know how to deposit when I need to. I’m learning and retaining. Thank you for simplifying it for folks like me. Yes it is great that I can access my account on my phone. I’m sure this is not new for others but for me it’s a blessing. I have be a member for always 22 years I have bee a member for 223 years or more always treated professionally and Neice and they always help with my banking needs. Theyi h are always professional and courteous. It is family friendly they really show concern for helping you with your needs and convenient. I would never go banking anywhere else! How cool is that? I made a mistake and forgot to deposit a check at the branch the last time I was there. I needed to put that check into my account, but my branch is temporarily very difficult to get to (construction), and I could not walk to the other branch. It’s too far. I called to assure the credit union that I was going to make a deposit this afternoon and the person who helped me told me about depositing checks with the phone app. The process was pretty much self explanatory. I’m so relieved and grateful that this option exists. Phew!
