I constantly get error messages when I try to log on. Although I have Face ID turned on it sometimes asked me to put it my password. I guess it depends on what it feels like doing for the day. When I finally am able to get it I constantly get kicked out having to restart the whole login process. When I’m in it’s ok. Takes a while to load. Also when you ask to chat you have to answer 4 security questions before getting an answer. It’s just a pain!

This app is so horrible, it doesn’t work half of the time and most of the time when you do a transfer it will be “ unable to process “ then next thing you know, you transferred double of what you originally wanted to. It rarely saves your log in information, even if you use face id. the old ACFCU app was so much better. I wish they improved this one, it’s an inconvenience not being able access your own banking information.

The app works great. So far no issues and when I called customer service I was greeted well and helped throughly.
