The people are great. Never in five years I have ever had a problem. They are truthful and accurate. They always have a smile on there faces. They are always eager to help with financial issues of not having enough money and solutions to the problem. I just want to say thank you for all ya do.

ACFCU is the best Credit Union (or bank) that I have done business with. They have my account pulled up as I walk in and greet me by name. Great customer service and anyone I’ve dealt with has been very knowledgeable and friendly.

Like other reviews have stated, the new app does not work. I went from not being able to access my bank account for a week on the old app to a new app that I was instructed to download that DOESN'T EVEN WORK. I set up all my information, only for the app to say that it can’t locate my account when I log in. Things were fine before the bank “updated their system” and messed everything up. I’m by far not the only unhappy customer and I am considering switching banks. If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it!
