I've been encountering an issue with the movie app's point system where it's deducting more points than l've purchased. Eg. $1 ticket is only 6000points and I’ve been deducted 12,000. The first time I thought it was a glitch but it happened again a month later. I've contacted customer service twice via email and spoke to a manager in person (Sylvia park then 3 weeks later at Wairau) about the problem, but haven't received any response or resolution for over 3 months. This issue needs to be addressed. Happened to a friend also. The app's point system should be accurate and customer service should be responsive to inquiries. I hope this review will prompt them to improve their system and customer service. How do I upload screen shots? Lol

They are following the Covid Restrictions rule very well. I had to show my covid vaccine pass, which really good because no one has asked for it elsewhere since yesterday. Friendly staff

I’m looking at the app wanting information on the girls night monthly movie and upcoming scarey movies and any fun events for kids but it’s so not user friendly .. I was better off on the website in the beginning, instead got offered to use the app on the top banner and redirected to the app. Don’t waste your time. Use the web browser version much more stable and reliable resource. This app is great for scanning your barcode for points thou! I have to mention that and end on a positive note.
