I really don’t know how the app get such a high rating. I have used a lot of different airline app and by far this is the worst. App is slow to respond. A lot of time it wouldn’t even log on into the app. Error message is minimal so if you do something wrong you really don’t know what you did wrong. Interface is not logical. For example in search for flight you have to add your first and middle name without space to search for confirmation. It is frustrating to use this stupid app. If this is the level of software expertise in Taiwan, China will swallow Taiwan whole.

I would get a notification on the app badge - or screen - then when I go in the app to look ... can't find them anywhere - the little bell on the upper right hand corner shows something from 6 months ago and can't be deleted- but if I go to "my push notifications" there is a list if notifications but they are not dated so I don't know which is when in terms of urgency or priority. or maybe there is something else that I am missing somewhere else? so I have no idea if I missed something important such as flight status? or just a marketing promotion. this is really bad - love EVA Air, but the app needs a lot more work

Whoever designed the feature set and user experience for this app should be fired. This app does a bunch of unnecessary crap, but the important stuff, like managing your trip, rescheduling or cancelling a flight, it can't handle. It refers me to their website, which BTW has the same unintuitive look and feel as the app. If I have to open a browser why do I need an app? Also, the description says that it supports Apple Wallet. It's a lie. I checked in via this app. I can see the boarding pass in the app. There's no boarding pass in Wallet, only in the app. Worst off all, the boarding pass is useless. At the airport counter they issue the old paper boarding pass. I asked them why they told me to ignore the one in the app. Very Eco-friendly. BTW, hire somehow proficient in English. When you display an informational message, the dismiss button should be OK, not CONFIRM. I can only confirm info that I give you. I can only acknowledge info that you give me. Lots of English mistakes like that.
