The app works about 70% of the time. It is pretty finicky especially about signing in and often just fails. Several of the basic features of an airline app are missing such as the ability to check-in (takes you to a website that fails regularly). It also seems to struggle to associate your booking with your account. Other easy things like being able to see boarding times and departure gates are missing entirely. Also, many areas of the app require a long loading screen that seems unnecessary. Not sure why they didnt just copy any of the other highly functional apps out there. Fortunately, they made sure to get the ads working….

For the last week … this is the message that pops up on the app. “The system is currently busy. please try again later.” At the bottom of the message is a button that says <confirm>. When you push it, the same message pops up. Thank goodness I have an email ticket from them but I prefer getting my boarding passes for my wallet instead of having to search emails. Anyhow - I hear the airlines is nice - the app just is not functional as of this review.

Delete and redownload many times, but still not working. The screen just stayed on the main page didn’t move at all.
