SEHA is a very well-designed and user-friendly healthcare app. The interface is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, making it convenient to access healthcare services anytime. Booking appointments, managing health information, and accessing different medical services feels simple and seamless. The app is fast, reliable, and thoughtfully designed around the patient experience. Great work by the SEHA team in bringing healthcare services into one convenient platform. Highly recommended! 👏

The app is great but it needs to have another version in computers for patients looking using their laptops or another devices that uses windows or MacOS to be more accessible to variety of usage in their hands. Additionally, I find myself to be looking at walls of difficulties when reaching for my medical certificate of Pre-university fittness screening for my experience the pre university fittness screening is never showing in documents and reports at all because I did it in person at clinic without using EHS or SEHA apps to make appointment, in clinic it self that make the appointment physically. But after 10 days I saw lab test and radiology results but no document called Pre-university fittness screening so that needs to be fix in the system. Also the app needs to display important things in notifications sector like appointments showing real time information for patients. Overall, Good app but I found difficulties.

The app needs heavy improvements, when making covid pcr or dpi test it takes too long to do for family members there should be a way to save family members info in one app, also when there is an error or pressing the back button everything gets deleted which makes me write all of the family members details again which takes a lot of time since we are 5 members.
