Primitive and inefficient user interface. Always shows loading and get stuck for minutes. Even though I select In-Network filter during clinic search, the results shown are out of network. Which is very frustrating in addition to to poor app performance. There is no schedule of benefits neither ability to chose provers or hospitals near by. Overall this app is big pain and I would rate 10 out of 100 overall.

Decent functionality but the fact that you cannot respond to claims and create new requests is very annoying and makes reimbursements difficult to track

It’s easy to find every information you need on the app. Very convenient. The only issue they need to work on is their timeframe to respond to enquiries and complaints.
