The patient portal only allows limited appointments with just a few doctors. Most of my doctors have to be scheduled by calling the operators and holding. It would be so more convenient to be able to make multiple appointments on the same day in the App instead of calling and taking up so much of the operators time to try to manage more than one appointment on the same day.

I used to get all my test results immediately at the same time as my doctors. Now they take days and even took an entire week once, before showing for me in the App... yet the doctor was able to access them. I must take these lab tests for every appointment every 3 weeks and it’s frustrating that I can’t see my results. Please correct this in your next update.

It was a great app for me until 2 days ago. I got an error message that my password had expired, but there is no way to update the password. “Forgot password” button does not work. There is also no way to get tech support help 🤬
