I wanted to upgrade to the highest cover available (planning a family etc) but this health fund seems to be making everything very difficult. The website is not even available or converted to mobile phone version; still in desktop version.. hellooo? We are in the 21st century... app is obviously not available because my cover doesn’t include it?! Like I’m paying over $100 per month and what do I get? It’s wasted money. I’ve been with you since 2015 - it may not be the longest, but how much money did you make of me and what do I get in return?! Not even a lousy access to your app?? I couldn’t even change my password online so I had to call. About 45min on hold to speak to someone to change my password. I was told she will email me a link to change my password, instead I’m getting an email for the different cover options which I also asked for (of course without prices as they were only told over the phone) but no email for the password change. I emailed and asked multiple times and then I get an attitude full email saying ‘we can only answer emails within 3-5 business days’. Hey software developers... please please please STEP UP YOUR GAME! People who are in decision making positions in this company: WTH is wrong with you? Go with the time!! Everything is digital now; people are about convenience. No one has time to print stuff out anymore.

Login consistently fails to recognise password. Needs to be reset all the time. Plus, once eventually logged in it asks user to create a PIN but then never allows it to be used. (Once logged in, though, it’s actually useful...but could only rate it 1 star because of login issues)

This app worked 6months ago, wasn’t great but I got what I needed from it. It has since crashed 100% of the times I’ve tried to use it, before it opens... So that doesn’t warrant any stars!!! I deleted then reinstalled & it seems to work ........so why not tell your users to delete the current version & reinstall to save them 6months of thinking you can’t be bothered about your business?!?!?
