We have a Rogers Home Monitoring System, and the app is TERRIBLE! It took 5separate visits to install the system because they couldn’t seem to get it right. Sluggish, poorly responsive and it signs itself out spontaneously and won't sign back in. Often, we have to deactivate the system BEFORE leaving work; otherwise, we have to stand outside waiting for the system to sign in—which can take 5 min or longer IF AT ALL. It alone is a good reason to seriously consider another system. WE have complained numerous times but the central customer service is exactly like the app—Sluggish, poorly responsive...

This app is useless, even more so after ROGERS changed the user interface. What complete garbage and a waste of money! The app takes forever to load, randomly kicks you out, and doesn’t work at all at times. I rather have the old layout of the app than the new version. It is a nightmare! How am I suppose to check if someone is breaking into my house if the app keeps saying loading... and never loads!
