Freedom needs to work on taking their web app and creating a clean, modern UI specifically for mobile devices. Also, the app should remember my login since its annoying to login every time to see usage. A dedicated custom app would be so much better than a wrapper for your website.

The app is basically just a wrapper around a browser page. Their website lets you sign up for addons but the functionality to remove them is frequently broken - on purpose. I have had to spend more than an hour and a half to remove a $7/month addon - had to give up as the hold message and music was driving me insane. Their webchat was not any better. The difficulty in removing services must be a violation of consumer protection laws.

Just make the Telus app. It's perfect while this one is not. Default when open should be data usage not balance. Takes too long to load and switch pages even in WiFi. Data status never works. Should allow breakdown of bill. I still need to go on Comp to see my bill.
