The company and this app are useless. Every time I order something through the app, I have to call someone to get my rewards turned into points, so it’s can use them to purchase my items. I had a bunch of points saved up over the past year and now they’re all gone, thanks to GNC cancelling 3 separate orders in a row and not giving me back my points. On top of that, if I go to the physical store, they either don’t have what I’m looking for in stock or they’ll use my points automatically, even though I said nothing about using them. I think since I’ve had to call literally every time I place an order, they’ve flagged me or something, even though every time I call is due to some technicality on their end. now I can’t even get an order sent to my house. I’m so done with GNC. I will not be renewing my membership to this company. The past year has been nothing but problems, except for one person I deal with at the mall occasionally when I have to go buy single cans because I didn’t get my order (I have gotten all of them in the past, except the last 3). I wouldn’t even know this person if they’d just get my order sent in a timely and seamless manner. That doesn’t happen, now I have to find another place to buy my drinks and vitamins.

I signed up last year March 2022. I spent my entire year becoming a walking tank. I used GNC to purchase all my protein powder and weight gainer and even tried bulk gainer. I also used GNC to purchase all my vitamins and supplements. I signed up and took advantage of pro days to buy my orders in higher quantities. For example throughout the year lookout for the Bogo and deal days. The savings I’ve seen I think is around the same amount as I’ve spent. I’m literally so pleased with the pro days deals it’s unreal how nice this company is when you time your purchases right. I then redownloaded the updated version of the app and if you don’t use this app then you need to sign up now. Today is the day to become amazingly successful in making yourself the best possible you! The rewards are exceptional and the pro perks are just outstanding. They made the app free to sign up you can also earn perks while shopping here and not paying for the membership of a PRO. I don’t think they offered this when I signed up because I went PRO on day 1. Anyway I would sign up for the free membership at least and honestly I believe PRO is way more worth it I’m the end result of you ordering like me. Wait until the PRO days bogo and buy in bulk! I also stack the items with an extra 10% off adding as a subscription. This is the best place to shop for supplements, easy to keep track of your history and with the new update I can’t explain how exciting it is for me to track my progress now. You can enter your vitamins and follow your daily routines, it’s good it’s so good for self care and very healthy habit creating ways. One love GNC! One love. Just wow me with this update it’s so dang great opening this app now it’s says “Hello Jeff!” Wooooo

This has been a frustrating app. I downloaded it today after being prompted by the website. I signed in and sure enough there was my cart info. Went to checkout but realized I had accidentally added 1 too many of a product so pressed the - symbol by the product and expected it to go from 3 to 2. Instead I was greeted with a “Your Cart is Empty” screen. I navigated around the app, then closed the app and reopened but my cart didn’t return. Went to the Account section and I was promoted to sign in. Did so and cart is still empty. Resumed working and about an hour later reopened the app and my cart items had returned. Oh! I totally forgot that I had driven to a local GNC this morning to shop instead because it said the store was open and today is the last day for the Pro Days sale they do. The web page and app both had this store listed as Open but they were not open for several hours. Back to ordering for delivery, I finally got everything in cart and went to use Apple Pay at checkout. Chose my address and submitted payment. Was greeted with 4 black banners with white text saying that “payment method has been removed” or similar. Checked my card purchase history, nothing. Tried again, same thing. Made sure I was signed in. Tried again. It says my order was applied to my account but there was no confirmation and items were still in my cart. Finally went back to the website and used Apple Pay with the same card and it went through. App needs some work. Wasted a lot of my time and this review of course is doing the same but maybe making this known will save me time in the future.
