I scoured the Internet to try to see if there’s any sort of organic and bulk products I can buy to eat healthier. But my household doesn’t make a lot of money — my partner, and I are considered low income. And the reality is folks who don’t have a lot of money don’t eat as healthy as they should. I am so so happy to have found Martie! Organic products for a very very low cost! This site really saved us. Since the new year, I have already ordered several boxes from Martie. A trip to the grocery store for less items would have cost me more. I live in a large city and the groceries are just super expensive right now. Thank you so much, Martie. I swear I rarely write reviews, but this has really been saving a low income someone who needed healthier products in their kitchen!

Struggling to recommend this app because even though I want to order again I can’t bring myself to because of how awful customer service is. A jar of salsa broke in my package, so I had to spend a couple of hours on a weekday cleaning up the mess off my floor and the other products and making sure the glass wasn’t everywhere. Everything smelled like salsa. I contacted them and sent pictures of everything that was damaged by the salsa and they almost didn’t give me a refund because they wanted a picture of the actual broken jar. The notifications are also broken so it took me a while to realize they had requested it so I told them I already threw it away because obviously, broken glass is a hazard. I expected to at least get a refund for everything that was damaged because even the clearance section of the grocery store doesn’t sell salsa covered items, but I only got a refund for the salsa, and no other attempt at a concession. Very odd customer care behavior for a company that needs customers to exist

When I first saw this I was wondering about this company do I did some research on them, they were just launching too. I thought what the heck for a few bucks ill try a small order and a few new items that were new to me since I had been changing my eating habits too. It came it was good tasting stuff. So I told myself why not use this company to try new stuff that I want to try when they have it it's worth the price, helping me save, helping a small company and in a all and a. It's a win win. So I saved over 600$ so far if there is a issue just let them know. The only down fall is if you see something and like better stock io cause it goes fast.
