Quince: Luxury Essentials

There was nothing wrong with the app back in May. Then mid-June the same issue started occuring like it did last year. All items in the "New Arrivals" or new items from June come up with "unable to add to cart" when trying to add the items to my cart. Can't even add anything from my wishlist, but at least I can finally see it and edit it. And the only items I can place in my cart are items already in my "Saved for Later" only. Basically, with the new update, I can't add anything to my cart unless it is already there in my "Saved for Later" only. I let customer service know but my email just keeps getting passed around. So frustrating as I am missing out on some items I would like to purchase from the "New Arrivals" and items from my Wishlist. Due to this ongoing issue I even missed out on items that were in stock back in June from the new arrivals, but because of this issue they are now "Out of Stock" and I have to wait until this problem is fixed and the items back in stock. I keep doing all the tech things to do to get the app to work like updating, delete and reload, refreshing my phone, etc. but nothing. Same with doing it on another device, but ordering on another device makes no sense since there are items that are app exclusive. So ordering through the app makes more sense. Can't believe past few updates are acting glitchy again with the same issue from last year. This absolutely affects being able to order from the quince app. And everything was running so smoothly. I can't finish placing my order because of this mess. So frustrating!!

I discovered Quince years ago with a few of their italian crossbody purses. LOVED. Still in great condition. Eventually bought a few blouses for work. Then sweaters and finally embraced the down comforters and shoes. Though the down parka, raincoat and Bella kick flare jeans are my hands down best buys. You can’t go wrong with Quince. The quality and FEEL of their clothing is on par with higher end luxury brands. These are classic pieces that will stand the test of time and fading trends. $50 jeans vs $200? Yes please. Unfortunately I end up spending the $200 because I buy them in every color! The times I have exchanged for a different size or made a return, it was a simple fast process. Even the quality of the shipping bags (which come with a resealable tape) is the added touch that makes this such an easy bean to come back to again and again … and again!

When my mom came over to visit me a couple years ago and I hugged her, she was wearing an outfit that was so soft and I asked her where she got it from. When she told me she got it from Quince, I was instantly hooked on them. I got their super soft fleece zip hoodie in light gray for Christmas last year and ordered it in black. I'm also totally blind and find the app to be very accessible with VoiceOver, Apple's screen reader for the blind and visually impaired. If I had to mention one improvement, I would say they should add blind friendly descriptions of their products for people like me who can't see photos of them. I also really love their customer service and appreciate their excellent return policy where you have a full year to try things out. Thank you, Quince! You're an awesome company, and keep up the great work.
