Every time I use this app I question why I even bother ordering here. I have to manually sign in because it forgets who I am every time I open the app. I have to do complicated gymnastics to turn off a work VPN to go to the app or else I get this “blocked for using a VPN” webpage, which for a sandwich shop is ridiculous - you sell sandwiches, not nuke launch codes - no other food ordering app has these issues. Tell your WAF team to lighten up. The most egregious thing though was that I generated an email just for this app with “hide my email” and only Pickleman’s had access to this randomly generated email - yet I now have ads from the local town for “Margs and Mahjong” coming to my email from that address, so thanks for selling my data away AND charging me nearly a dollar for the “convenience fee” of using this app! Very cool!

I tried to do an online order three times. It kept saying “Recaptcha token not available” at the end of the process. I had a five dollar credit on my account that I try to apply., And since the order didn’t go through, I lost the credit. I never had any trouble with the old app.
