App is pretty good as far as navigating to each selection you want and leaving comments. The only issue is the tracking for the pizza! If it was more updated every time of the pizza making it’ll be 100% better! It’ll be nice to know when my order is actually ready instead of a estimated time, then when you get there it’s still cooking. Rewards can also be better with earning points. You have to spend SOOO much just to get 1-2 squares.

Things that need to be added, that seem normal from other pizza apps. Apple Pay, or google or whatever. When you tap the info boxes, it should pull up your normal info, street address, store, past orders, and a real checkout…not that weird 3rd party that makes you type your card number and info, again. The tracker is almost a good shot. Next. The dorsett store. I have been using this one for decades. The consistency and quality is significantly lower than other stores. 1 out of 5 orders is decent. For the cost of the pizza compared to the other places, and the ability to eat in, it should be superior to Cecil’s, papa’s and dominos. I would love and be proud to own a franchise and make it the experience IMOS once had. I know it comes with difficulties, but you don’t buy it without the intentions of serving the best product, service and experience you can give. Your employees should have your best interests as if the owner was providing the service. Lions choice is a better version of a St. Louis original that keeps uping the customers expectations. In my opinion, IMO’s.

I usually call in my pizza orders, but this time I decided to give the Imo’s Pizza app a try—and I’m glad I did. The app is functional, easy to navigate, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. My pickup time matched perfectly with when the pizza was actually ready, which I really appreciated. I typically enjoy takeout about once a quarter, so I expect solid customer service whether I’m ordering in-store, over the phone, or through an app. Imo’s has always delivered on that—friendly sales associates when I call, and now a smooth digital experience as well. Since I spend a lot of time on my phone anyway, it just makes sense to order this way moving forward. Great job, Imo’s!
