Right Bite

I ordered a meal plan last week and spent some time putting my meal together and the dishes looked really delicious. I have been waiting for my meal to be delivered and I have been trying to get in contact through the support app but no answer. I finally find the number for the hotline and I was told that my meals can’t be delivered and it takes up to 8 to 14 days for a refund. I don’t understand. Luckily, I was told I will get the entire refund, but I’m still very disappointed and I wish I could write a better review.

I just wasted SR 180 riyals. I’ve been trying to get in touch with anyone for the last 2 days. Upon trying to pay for the 1 day trial to set my meal preferences. I got error messages . I tired again, same message. So I get confirmation from my bank that the transactions went through. When I got back to app to choose my meals, nothing appears. 24 hours later I get the invoice from you guys. I request to cancel my order since I got the error messages and I can’t choose my meal preference . This morning I get an sms that my meal is delivered. I am not eating any gluten and I’m on a high protein , high fat diet. Now I don’t know what you sent but I can’t eat it. Please come collect your food, cancel my subscription and reverse the transaction . What you sent I cannot eat .
