MDLA is the best fashion app I've ever downloaded!! The design is way easier to use than the Vogue app and I love that they show you where all the designers worked before 😍
MDLA Runway is the most cohesive and well put together seasonal archive there is, personally speaking. Reason being, MDLA simply does what it set out to do. Putting the Collections, Pieces, and Designers first and solely cataloging the work. Which sounds simple enough but the politics, access and agendas in fashion have always got in the way of showing the work across the board. It’s a clean and simple archive in the best way possible. Above all else, it documents the industry without bias and even gives a voice to the users about designers and collections they wish to see.
I like this app, I really do love having all the Comme des Garcons runway images ready for viewing on my phone, but please remove that autopay video with sound when you first open the app. It’s the one thing that makes me hate opening this app because I’d have to remember to turn down my volume otherwise my phone would just blast super loud.
