Kahunas

I used this app for a little while around a year ago and I had to move away from it because of how many bugs there were. I came back to it like a week ago because the customization is just unmatched and I wanted to give it a second try. I love the app and everything it offers. But I’ve experienced an app-breaking bug today that doesn’t allow me or my clients to do anything. It’s completely frozen. I submitted a bug request but it says tech support will be back in 10 hours. Is this a joke? You expect paying clients to be able to put their own clients on hold just so tech support can show up for business hours? You guys need to fix the bugs. Other companies manage to do it. You claim to be turning Kahunas into a state of the art app, but it doesn’t even work?

It is a nice app, but it is frustrating when you try to pull up entered information from a different device. I prefer to type up my progress on my personal computer and then pull up the saved version to upload my pictures since you can’t complete your checkin without uploading a picture and my picture are on my phone. But I can’t pull up my saved checkin on my iPhone after typing in my information on my computer.

It's incredible to me how glitchy this app can be. I've used about four or five other fitness apps, and this is the worst app I've ever used. If you have the ability to use anything else, use it. Let's start with the good parts. Your coach can send you a workout program, and you can track your workout progress… Sometimes. As long as the address and crash on you mid out, you're fine. Your coach can communicate with you easily through messaging, meal plans can be communicated as well as other notes. Overall, the layout is nice, and pretty intuitive. However, it just doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Don't switch between this app and any other app because if you do, the app automatically erases all the information on the input screen when you're logging your daily checkins. Video viewing within the app, can cause the app to just crash for no reason. Weekly checkins that ask for form checks only allow for one video to be uploaded and will delete the previous video if you try to upload more than one. If you're considering using this app, don't. There are better apps out there.
