This is my favorite app! It is so easy to navigate and it contains EVERYTHING. It is a very holistic program, fitness, nutrition, mind, and much more.
Makinsey is very involved throughout the process and is very aware of each and everyone’s individual needs. She provides new information and resources through the app each week too!! Makinsey is a mom of 4 and a certified nutritionist and personal trainer and she really is the best I’ve come across!

This app is awesome! So many options and resources to fit varying needs and lifestyles. Journey to Rise is dedicated and passionate about nutrition and helping people develop a plan suitable for their nutrition and health needs. When my husband was battling cancer, there were countless hours spent researching his specific nutrition needs and answering many of my questions and concerns, offering much needed support during a very difficult time. Thank you Kinsey!

This app has amazing tools that can help you practice healthy habits. It focuses on mindset and being okay with where you are at right now, because having a healthy mind is the gateway to a healthy body. She also includes excercises and nutrition tips that are extremely helpful for building habits. I like how I can go at my own pace, but still have daily assignments that hold me accountable. Great app! Thank you!
