I would give zero stars if it was an option. Users beware, only use this app if you want to never receive the customer service you are seeking. If not getting paid for the work you do is your thing, then this is the app for you. This company should be investigated for their shady practices. I have been contacting customer service trying to get help, and they completely just ignore you. This seems to not be uncommon based on other reviews I have read. They will not help you at all when you inevitably have problems with their platform. I recommend staying away from AirTm completely. I’ve already been seeing what my options are, and contacting the proper authorities. Avoid the trouble if you can!

The set up was a little confusing at first, but once I got that figured out everything else was smooth sailing. I use this app regularly during the month to transfer between my bank accounts and it’s fast, simple and convenient. No complaints!

The ability to use this app is restricted for users in the US, basically USDC is a form of digital currency, if you try withdraw money using a P2P and you are in the US you won’t be able too. The only way to communicate with support is via email, I spoke with Thomas Subero and he tried to somewhat assist me until he got tired. Please do not use this app as any money you have in there will be stuck. I found a solution but not sure for how long, use the app Vibrant and from there withdraw your money from AirTM, paste the digital address provided in Vibrant and there is no memo to be added. Add that information to the withdrawal in the AirTM app. This will transfer the amount from AirTM to vibrant from vibrant you can use the crypto to buy gift cards and at the very least use the money. Hope, this helps someone. Overall, terrible platform for US users and should be banned from the App Store in the US.
