This is my first time of using this app, I transferred some money from my TikTok account to my payoneer account, wetting for it to reflect but it didn’t and it’s showing in there, that the transaction is pending, saying that my current location doesn’t match my details in the payoneer account, I’m a Nigerian but I just recently moved to Ghana, and I have provided the details that I have which is my national ID which I came with from Nigeria, and they still don’t accept it, honesty speaking this is really annoying, I don’t have other details apart from my national ID which is required there in the app but I put it and they reject it and my money is in there, so please 🙏 I just moved in to Ghana, I don’t have any Ghana details all I have is my country national ID, the app seems nice though I have confirm it yet, so please I need urgent assistance thank you 🙏

I don’t have any problem with the app, my problem is the transaction fees. How can I withdraw 53 dollars and you charged me a whole 10 dollars for the fees, how much do I have that will charge me that kind ridiculous amount. Your transaction fee is very high “what in the world “ this money is money I wanted to use for my school fees but you took a whole 10 dollars from it, I am very disappointed who charge someone that much money for only transaction fee, if I knew this is what you ripped people of they money I wouldn’t have instilled this app talk more of putting my hard earned money into your app. I’m pained. It’s been a whole two weeks since I placed a withdrawal but this people have refused to give me my money, they keep telling me that our team is working on it but doesn’t seem like it because this is the only reply I’m getting from them. I curse the day I came to know of this scam app because my school fees would have been with me now 😭this people don’t know what they are doing to me mentally 😭😭😭🥹 Apple Store should banned this scam app. I will make sure none of the people I know will ever smell this app talk more of registering. 😡 if I don’t get my money I will make sure I spoil your reputation across all social platforms. Additionally as a Payoneer user I would advise to add the function of money transfers directly to Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or add electronic Wallet option where we can add our current Debit cards so we can transfer funds within the app and top up our cards.
Furthermore, it would be really helpful before withdrawing money there should be a “Confirmation Page” where it show “Money amount “ + “Payoneer Fee” and taxes (if applicable) after that show total amount being paid with the options of “Send Now and “Cancel & Review “ transaction. Also there should be an option where we can cancel the transfer when it was misplaced.
