Payoneer - Business Payments

So I downloaded this app to send money to my girlfriend. The only thing was, the person who I was sending to was not my girlfriend but a scammer. My girlfriend’s account got hacked and I was talking to a scammer who pretended to be my girlfriend. Thank God my real girlfriend made a new account on the social app I was using and got through me that I was send money to the scammer. After that, I contacted my bank and told them the situation. My bank then contacted Payoneer and they were able to work together to get the money back from the scammer and get it back to me. Thank you so much Payoneer support for working hard to solve this case and it might be a good idea to install a pop in the app that says “We notice your sending money out of the country, are you sure you want to do this? It might be a scam” if the customer is sending money to a different country. This might help future customers that might be victims of scammers. Thanks again Payoneer support for helping me get my money back. You guys are amazing!!!

I don’t have any problem with the app, my problem is the transaction fees. How can I withdraw 53 dollars and you charged me a whole 10 dollars for the fees, how much do I have that will charge me that kind ridiculous amount. Your transaction fee is very high “what in the world “ this money is money I wanted to use for my school fees but you took a whole 10 dollars from it, I am very disappointed who charge someone that much money for only transaction fee, if I knew this is what you ripped people of they money I wouldn’t have instilled this app talk more of putting my hard earned money into your app. I’m pained. It’s been a whole two weeks since I placed a withdrawal but this people have refused to give me my money, they keep telling me that our team is working on it but doesn’t seem like it because this is the only reply I’m getting from them. I curse the day I came to know of this scam app because my school fees would have been with me now 😭this people don’t know what they are doing to me mentally 😭😭😭🥹 Apple Store should banned this scam app. I will make sure none of the people I know will ever smell this app talk more of registering. 😡 if I don’t get my money I will make sure I spoil your reputation across all social platforms. I downloaded this app because a service provider insisted on receiving his fees over Payoneer. After setting up the account, I tried to pay him, but it didn’t work, and the app prompted me to try again later. I contacted the support, and they recommended using the website, clearing the cash, using incognito mode, etc., but none of them worked, and it kept telling me to try again later. Over the next week, I tried numerous times, and finally, one day, out of the blue, it accepted the payment. I contacted the seller, and he asked me to send him a screenshot of the payment. So after 2 hours of the payment I went back to the app and took a screenshot of the only payment I had made. Surprisingly, after some days, I noticed that Payoneer charged my bank two times for that payment. I contacted the support again, and they claimed that I made two payments!!! I told them it is not true, but they insisted that there are two successful payments in my account at the same time!!!!! I asked them to return one of the payments as it is obviously duplicated. They first said it is not possible, but as I informed them that I know it is still on hold in the service provider account, they agreed to cancel one of the payments, and they told me it would be back to my account in 2-3 days. Today, after four days, I received an email from Payoneer, and they mentioned that based on their terms and conditions, all the payments are final, and they can not return the duplicated payment! They also blocked my account, so I can not login to take any screenshots of the transactions to claim it with my bank!!! It is unbelievable!
