Attention Support..!
The application is very good, but the support is not so good. If the support were excellent like the application, I would give it five stars. You spend hours waiting for an agent to help you and you decide to continue with your tasks. At that precise moment, an agent appears and you only have one minute to respond, otherwise the cycle starts from zero. I have already been waiting for 12 hours at this moment.

Support is non-existent
I’ve been trying to create an account for several weeks with no luck and actually getting through the account creation process. I have all the necessary documents but keep getting an error message when trying to sign up. The only support link I found in their website was their Twitter account. It appears their support is 100% automated and provides very little help with the issue I’ve been having trying to sign up. Can someone please contact me to where I can talk with an actual person??

I had a hard time getting mi ID accepted but after a couple of emails they solved my problem. Bravo Zinli. They will accept permanent resident cards if you email them in advance.
