Shift - Block Game

I randomly found this game while searching for a new game to play during work breaks. The developer did everything right here. I immediately paid the fair IAP to remove banner ads and support the developer. This is the best Tetris/match game I’ve ever played. It’s relaxing, but you do have to stretch your brain a bit, there is a challenge. It’s not frustrating though. I actually like it better than Tetris because only one square falls at a time, but you still have to think about placement because of the color-changing effects. Very clever. The design is gorgeous, very sophisticated, not childish, and the UI is smooth and intuitive. It’s also a small file size and good on battery, especially after removing ads. I also appreciate that progress is saved at all times, so you can play in small spurts and always make progress. I appreciate developers who make unique games and monetize them fairly. Thank you for doing such a great job with this. I highly recommend it.

Excellent game, the idea of having the blocks change colors adds a lot of depth to a classic block building idea. Definitely recommend trying it out!

Super fun & challenging! Love playing this on the train, before bed, on long flights (works in airplane mode!). Literally obsessed. Once I got used to the pattern of the blocks’ changing colors, I could totally chill while playing. Plus, it looks cool so I don’t feel weird playing on my commute.
