I’ve been ordering eyewear off of GlassesUSA for almost 10 years now. I think 12 pairs in total, which include two pairs of sunglasses. I’m never disappointed with my orders. I’m a contractor and work in construction, so I usually order the cheaper frames, $100 or less, because I never know if they’re gonna get knocked around. I have to say I’m always impressed with the fit and durability. Corrective prescription is always spot on. I’m also always amazed in the quick turnaround in ordering and receiving my glasses. Super fast! I haven’t bothered shopping anywhere else. I always highly recommend GlassesUSA to friends and family, or anyone who asks me where I got my glasses. Five stars every time!

They don’t answer the phone. The computer voice is not helpful, when someone did decide to answer the phone and it was a like a miracle that a live person answered I gave them my prescription details and then I even spoke to another agent and told that agent my prescription details too. Well guess what the glasses arrived after a couple weeks and my left and right lenses were vice versa.. They done the strengths for the Wrong eye….all backwards. Left was for right and right was for left. Note this was my first order and they messed it up. How could 2 agents not make sure I was getting what I asked for. Then when I tried returning it says sorry your order is not eligible for returns. Only exchanges. After they told me that if I’m not happy or whatever I can get a full refund. These people lie. After trying to get a live person again which took several hours of calling and talking to a computer I finally spoke to a woman and she sent me a return label after I explained how they messed up the glasses by dosing the lenses vice versa. So I’m still waiting for my refund. I refuse to trust this company and the prescription sunglasses were NOT even clear, I could see a reflection of myself when outdoors in the sun. Just like I do when I buy the cheap sunglasses from cheap stores. Don’t waste your MONEY OR time here.

I ordered a pair of glasses in June 2025. They arrived in July. They were the wrong frames, so I sent them back. I re-ordered another pair of glasses in July, and the frames were bent apart by the temple arms so far that they wouldn’t fit on my ears! The back of the arms were over an inch away from the sides of my head. So I sent them back AGAIN, and reordered a THIRD pair of glasses! They arrived three days ago, on August 15, 2025. The frames are so big that they fall off of my head when I look down. Please understand that I gave them the exact dimensions that I needed for the frames each time I ordered, but they sent what they had that was closest to what they thought would work for me. They didn’t even come close! Also, I had to deal with a Customer Service BOT instead of a real person, and if I didn’t reply in 10 seconds, they disconnected. It was maddening!! So I contacted Glasses USA customer service again, BEGGED for a real person to talk to, finally got one, and was informed that they don’t allow more than 2 returns. I was told to wait 2 days for someone from Glasses USA to contact me via email. All I want is my money refunded to me. I’m done ordering glasses from them. My experience with this company has been a nightmare. Customer BEWARE!!
