I’ve been trying to decide on a few different glasses with GlassesUSA. Tonight they even sent me an email offering a welcome discount. I tried to use the info they gave me. First off I’m not sure they know that even though I had glasses in my cart using chrome-they were not the glasses I was buying. If I go to the GlassesUSA app with my email address it showed my glasses I wanted to buy but the welcome discount was invalid. So, GlassesUSA are you aware of the problem with your app can gave one cart, and the chrome “click” on this in your email didn’t give me the glasses I had added using your app. So I ended up still buying the glasses without your welcome discount. But I do feel that if I hadn’t liked the glasses as much as I do, I wouldn’t have purchased any. Just too confusing. All I wanted was to buy my glasses and have a back up pair. I united for several days on the GlassesUSA website then I switched over to the app. I hope my order goes thru. I also feel like GlassesUSA probably knew about the app and chrome not working together. So the welcome discounted one time coupon was worth zero. I’ve got a bad taste in my mouth over this whole thing. Does GlassesUSA know what they are doing? Not really. I can think of several ways you could increase the number of glasses you sell. But giving out invalid extra discounts for a welcome to their company was bogus. That’s not how you start out working with any client.

I bought, and I paid more than in other places. I only bought for the quality they offered me, it was a recognized brand, the price was more expensive and it was on sale, almost 20 days passed, I entered to check the status of the order, they said I'm sorry, we have more and I call customer service, the boy offers me some very cheap glasses that are not even a recognized brand, I had ordered. I buy calving klein. Regular price almost 160 but I paid offer. Gel wanted to give me glasses of 40 dollars. To what I told him I bought warm and recognized brand. I explained to him that I don't like those gagas, they are not a brand, after a lot of talking he accedes and he told me to choose and choose other glasses. He tells me because of the error they date me. Express service and I wait 10 days. Oh surprise I just checked that the company cancels my order and they don't give me my payment method. Put store credit. That's not fair I wasted a lot of time I told the boy that I really need the lenses urgently he told me don't worry I'm going to put you in express service you won't pay anything I trusted if I had known from the beginning I would have bought somewhere else I told the boy that from the beginning the company gave me a bad thorn that I felt it was not good and now I understand it I'm very sorry

They don’t answer the phone. The computer voice is not helpful, when someone did decide to answer the phone and it was a like a miracle that a live person answered I gave them my prescription details and then I even spoke to another agent and told that agent my prescription details too. Well guess what the glasses arrived after a couple weeks and my left and right lenses were vice versa.. They done the strengths for the Wrong eye….all backwards. Left was for right and right was for left. Note this was my first order and they messed it up. How could 2 agents not make sure I was getting what I asked for. Then when I tried returning it says sorry your order is not eligible for returns. Only exchanges. After they told me that if I’m not happy or whatever I can get a full refund. These people lie. After trying to get a live person again which took several hours of calling and talking to a computer I finally spoke to a woman and she sent me a return label after I explained how they messed up the glasses by dosing the lenses vice versa. So I’m still waiting for my refund. I refuse to trust this company and the prescription sunglasses were NOT even clear, I could see a reflection of myself when outdoors in the sun. Just like I do when I buy the cheap sunglasses from cheap stores. Don’t waste your MONEY OR time here.
