Overstock

I bought a couple of stools for my studio, not realizing that their average/decent return policy has basically turned into no support whatsoever. The stools arrived, it took me a couple of weeks to get them put together - and then they broke less than 2 months later. That’s when I discovered that their return policy is now only 30 days - on furniture!! I called customer support anyways, and customer service rep Lerato first said the return window was past and then said that they could send a replacement. I thought “oh good, they still actually stand behind their products”…. But then the same customer rep sent me a message the next day saying that they couldn’t replace and that I was out of luck because it was past the “30 day window”. Seriously?! No warranty or support for FURNITURE that broke within a couple of months?!? I will NEVER buy from their company again!!!

I've been using this app for my shopping needs, and overall, it's quite impressive. The interface is user-friendly with intuitive navigation. Product listings are comprehensive, with good quality images and detailed descriptions. The search functionality is robust, making it easy to find what you're looking for quickly.

I bought the Slumber Solutions 14” firm mattress from Wayfair previously for my bed, and when checking out it gave me the option to have the old mattress picked up and removed. This round, I ordered the same mattress for my guest room through Overstock, and I did not get any option for the old mattress removal. I was able to find a Chat area during my order, who assured me that a company called LoadUp would contact me via email to remove the old mattress, but my new mattress has arrived and I never had an email from LoadUp. I also cannot find a way to contact them, and also have not been able to contact Overstock either. So while the mattress itself is definitely a 5 Star mattress, and the delivery of the mattress was fast and great, the lack of removal of the old mattress (along with NO Customer Service follow up from Overstock) is why I’m giving 2 Stars.
