Not specifically about the app, but the customer service of IBO is pathetic. No accountability. Smooth until placing an order, but after that the actual delivery of products is a gamble, because they don’t maintain inventory and need to source from various B2B warehouses, which causes unending delays. You will end up missing commitments multiple times. And finally when they fail to deliver products, they will claim the money (which was paid upfront) is refunded but it is simply transferred to their wallet, which you cannot withdraw.

Being in home interior industry for last 9 year I have not come across any platform offering such a large collection of home improvement products with such high quality at such affordable prices. Highly recommended to all the people working in home improvement industry.
