Warrior Toughness

I was really excited for this app after learning about the concepts and tools. I downloaded the app but there are additional downloads that won't seem to download. I have not been able to use the app because the additional download won't move past 3%.

Call my cynical, but most Navy apps are cumbersome at best but this feels ready made for actual Sailors! Some of the thoughtful touches like being able to save my worksheets and come back to them later and still having access when we pull away from the pier… perfect! I hope it continues to grow with the WT program! I will recommend to every Sailor I meet!

Most military apps, well… need work. This is is a functional, streamlined app, that contains a lot of information for military mental health. Every sailor needs this.
