I Love Traveling! Looking forward to know more about Sonesta Travel Pass because it is something special when you feel welcomed and assisted like the VIP in you is recognized to the upmost. Thank You,Carlos for sharing what it means to “Sonestalize Your Staycay!” You reassured being a guest here is indeed a RSVP Blessing of Hospitality In Action. Thank you for being dedicated to serving with confidence. It is truly a highlight to the Sonesta brand. I’m intrigued to know more. This is the best place to experience special vacay while away from home. It was just what I needed since there was a lot going on while rushing in from a very long drive and then literally had to run right back out to a meeting. Carlos didn’t miss the assignment and had me laughing while choosing to be reassuring with impeccable attitude, “All is Well… We Got You!” Thank You, another Best and Must See!!!

We stayed at the Sonesta Select in Huntington Beach and as soon as we got there James at the front desk went above and beyond for us, his customer service is unmatched. People nowadays don’t put in much effort and he actually cared about trying to make us as comfortable as he could. Any future visits will definitely be here! Amazing hospitality!

I used the app where it showed multiple rooms available for the Mahway location. Upon arrival I was told the hotel was completely sold out. I asked if the front desk could call the other sonesta before driving there since I have a small child, she said no she couldn't. I called the reservation line from the app where they stated there were plenty of rooms available at Mahway and they could book one for me. I explained what I just experienced and so they put me on hold and called the hotel where they then said the hotel was completely sold out. I asked if anything could be done since I drove there with the app stating plenty of rooms. The closest sonesta would be 20 min away. They said nothing could be done. I called the help hotline and again I was told that they could file a complaint but that was it. I drove to the sonesta that was close by. They told me their rate was 167 the app was cheaper. There is a $300 deposit plus dog fee that also must be taken which is $75. Every person I have spoken with today was cold and not at all helpful. They lacked customer service and it was very different from my wonderful experience at the sonesta Parsippany-Troy- Morris plains. It's a real shame. I doubt I will be staying here anymore.
